Oddbodies - The Company
 
Oddbodies is John Mowat, Paul Morel and Tanya Scott-Wilson. The Work, which has toured all over the UK, in Europe and the USA, is exciting and accessible theatre of the highest quality.

The Company's first show, the highly acclaimed 'Sykes and Nancy', was premiered at the BAC's British Festival of Visual Theatre before touring all over the UK. The show spent two weeks at the Chicago Festival where it was voted Critics' Choice in The Chicago Reader. In London it ran for two weeks in the BAC's Time Out Critics' Choice Season, and whilst playing at the Pleasance Theatre / Edinburgh Festival, was included in the British Council's showcase of British Theatre.

Oddbodies' highly acclaimed adaptation of Shakespeare's 'Richard III' was first seen in the London International Mime Festival before going on to tour all over the UK, in the USA and Europe. It ran for three weeks at the Lyric Studio, London and a further two weeks as the opening show in the Time Out Critics’ Choice Season at the BAC. The show was revived inthe Summer of 2003 to play at the Glastonbury Festival and the Chapito Theatre Lisbon as well as a number of venues in the South West.

Oddbodies' production, 'See Them Cows ? ...They Don't Know Nothing About London' played to sell-out audiences at its' premiere in the BAC's Sharp Intake Of Music Festival before going on to tour throughout the UK.

'The Rake's Progress', is based on Hogarth's series of paintings that hang in the Soanes' Museum, London. This show, which was commissioned by the Dorset Promoters Consortium, toured all over the UK up to 2005. Oddbodies' last show, 'The House Of No Return', was premiered at the Barbican Theatre, Plymouth before going on to tour throughout the UK in 2006 - including a 3 week run at the Warehouse Theatre, Croydon.
